The Hingham Land Conservation Trust 2013 Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, June 13, at 6:30 pm in the Niles Courtyard at the Hingham Public Library.
The Niles Courtyard was named for Mary Niles, a generous benefactor of the HLCT and many other cultural organizations in Hingham. Marc Mazzarelli, the project’s Landscape Architect, will discuss the design concepts and decision process that led to this beautiful addition to Hingham’s Public Library. Mr. Mazzarelli has degrees in Landscape Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and Harvard University. His focus on creating innovative and sustainable designs that are in harmony with their surroundings is reflected in the serenity and grace of this welcoming public space.
