The HLCT held its 2024 Annual Meeting on May 8th. After a brief business meeting, including the election of our board slate for 2024, the program took an in-depth look at a prevalent feature of our coastal landscape: the salt marsh. Board member Eileen McIntyre opened the program with “A Dash of Salt Marsh History” and we welcomed guest speakers David Kimbro, Associate Professor of Marine and Environmental Sciences at Northeastern University and Alejandra Narvaez, Coastal Project Manager at the Trustees of Reservations.
